IPM are looking for a couple of our current of future tenants to come and join our team this summer. Our summer jobs are for up to 30 hours a week for an initial 4- or 6-week period (August/September), with the possibility of additional hours carrying into the new academic year.
Working up to 6 hours a day Monday to Friday, successful applicant(s) will help us with our summer workload, helping to check repairs and maintenance tasks, cleaning, and waste removal processing. Visiting IPM’s Lancaster student properties to check works have been completed to a high standard, picking up and dropping items off and helping our contractors with re-positioning furniture and processing of property inventories.
We are looking for a couple of individuals who are hardworking, flexible, good communicators, who can use their initiative to work with others and get things done. The summer is an extremely busy period for IPM and our contractors, with successful applicants working in a fast-paced environment where tasks need to be completed effectively and in a timely manner. The ability to drive in the UK and have access to a car would be beneficial, alongside good IT skills.
Rates of pay will be from £10.18 per hr and work mileage is paid at 25p a mile. Training will be provided. Should you be interested please email your CV to hello@ipmlancaster.com
