IPM appreciates that to provide high quality management services for our tenants we must maintain and develop sustainable and effective relationships with our landlords. Our accommodation providers are integral to everything we do.      

 

As a team and individually our experienced staff are aware of how important our landlords are to us and have dedicated years to building ongoing positive relationships with a number of Lancaster based landlords over the past 20 years. 

Our focus at IPM is to work solely with those landlords that appreciate the benefits of having an experienced team of professionals managing their Lancaster student accommodation and being called upon less on a day-to-day basis. IPM works on delivering market leading repairs and cleaning services, ensuring compliance and accreditation liabilities, maintaining health and safety regulations and insurance responsibilities, therefore our landlords can relax knowing their properties are being effectively managed without the need for weekly/monthly/termly intervention.  

To make things simple for our landlords we only offer 1 tenancy length. 48 weeks. With an annual rent offer agreed ahead of each property being marketed. The only fixed costs our landlords need to consider as deductions from their annual rent offer would be water charges and a £100 contribution towards a summer clean. IPM covers the following costs:
