Unlike other providers in the city, we don’t offer our tenancy management services to anyone other than to students seeking high quality independent student accommodation in Lancaster.
Our managed properties are located in the most popular student friendly streets in the city. All our houses and apartments are situated in or around the city centre or on a main bus route to the Lancaster University campus.
Our highly experienced team of student accommodation managers are committed to providing the very best customer service experiences for our tenants and landlords in Lancaster. We work in partnership with all our key stakeholders, statutory authorities, contractors and suppliers to both maintain and develop our inclusive accommodation package.
IPM tenants know exactly what they are going to pay, when they will be paying and what they are getting for their money. One rent payment covers all your standard tenancy costs, so there really are no nasty surprises or a need to argue with housemates over utility costs.

For an average rent payment of around £5,000 per year, per tenant, your household can live with IPM safe in the knowledge that your utilities are included, your property will be well maintained, and your Lancaster student accommodation will comply with all health and safety regulations.
